All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.

Tracking updates are provided through:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

ADDRESS ACCURACY

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
