Welcome to Be-Youtiful Hair Co. We value our customers and take pride in providing high-quality luxury hair products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

ALL SALES POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on used, installed, altered, brushed, combed, cut, colored, or chemically processed hair products.

However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we will gladly review eligible concerns.


ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Returns may be accepted ONLY if:

  • The item was received damaged
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The tamper/security seal has not been broken

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.


RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To begin a return request, customers must provide:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the product
  • Reason for the return

Requests can be submitted via:

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Wigs
  • Custom wigs
  • Lace products
  • Bundles that have been opened
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Installed or worn hair
  • Colored or altered hair

REFUND PROCESS

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only accepted for:

  • Incorrect items sent by our company
  • Manufacturer defects reported within 48 hours of delivery

SHIPPING ISSUES

Once packages are shipped, USPS, UPS, or the selected carrier becomes responsible for delivery.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delayed shipments
  • Lost/stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
